Academy Director of Coaching / Coach - Bryce Flinchum

Coach Bryce, founder of Bold City Soccer, has been playing soccer since age 3 with clubs, schools and organizations along the East Coast. He currently plays as a starting defender for U19 and for CH4BOLD FC, Jacksonville UPSL semi-professional team. He has previously held the position of captain for his club team, worked as a licensed soccer referee, earned the US Soccer D Coaching License, and is currently working towards the C Coaching License.  Bryce attends the University of North Florida as a Business Management major.

Academy Director of Business & Marking / Coach - Jordan Pelletier

Coach Jordan has been playing soccer for over 20 years and played attacking mid and left back for his former club and high school teams in Georgia. During college, he played for the Jacksonville University men’s club team and coached the women’s club team.  Jordan graduated with a degree in Sports Business from Jacksonville University.

Coach - Jared Curling

Coach Jared has been playing soccer for over 20 years. He was born and raised in Virginia, playing with clubs in the Southeastern part of the state. He also played 4 years of collegiate soccer at Mary Baldwin University, captaining the team all 4 years. He is currently working full-time, while also pursuing his Master of Business Administration.

Coach - Rylee Forster

Coach Rylee Forster has been playing soccer for over 20 years. She is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she played Division I soccer. Competing at the highest collegiate level gave Rylee a deep understanding of the game, which she now channels into coaching young athletes. She is dedicated to helping young players grow in their skills and confidence. Rylee is committed to creating a positive, fun environment where players feel comfortable and supported as they learn. She believes that when training is enjoyable and encouraging, players develop a deeper love for the game and gain the confidence to reach their potential. Through her approachable coaching style, Rylee strives to instill a lifelong love of soccer in every player she works with.

Coach - Fabriany Restrepo-Chilito

Coach Fabriany has been playing soccer since the age of 6, beginning in his home town in Colombia, Caqueta. He has experience in many positions but currently plays Mid-field for U19 and for the Jacksonville semi-professional team, CH4BOLD FC. Fabriany graduated from Englewood High School in Jacksonville, FL where, as team captain, he helped his high school team reach district championships after more than 30 years. As a result, Englewood was nominated as the 4th best team in Jacksonville that year. He achieved the most assists for his high school team, was recognized as an “All Star” player in Jacksonville, and was selected for the High School City of Jacksonville B Team.

Coach - Darwin Munoz Rojas

Coach Darwin has been playing soccer since age 8 with many clubs and schools. He was the captain of his Englewood High School soccer team, winning Districts his senior year. This was a title that had not been won for Englewood HS since 1997. In addition, Coach Darwin trained in Honduras on the reserve squad for the division 1 team, C.D. Marathón.

Coach - Leonel Alvarez-Villalobos

Coach Leonel has played since age 10 in North Central FL. He played 4 years with Thomas University’s Men’s Collegiate Soccer team in the NAIA division and played an additional year in the UPSL for the semi-pro team, Gainesville City FC. Leo has also coached ages 5-18 on an individual, recreational, and club level, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Thomas University.

Coach - Wilson Bedoya

Coach Wilson, originally from Medellín, Colombia, brings a strong background in competitive soccer and youth development to Bold City Soccer Academy. He began playing at age five with the renowned Colombian club Atlético Nacional, where he trained until moving to the U.S. at 14. Wilson attended Mandarin High School in Jacksonville and graduated at 16 before returning to Colombia to pursue a professional career. After injuries sidelined his playing ambitions, he shifted his focus to coaching. With over six years of experience working with players ages 2–6 and additional experience coaching high school-aged athletes, Wilson is passionate about developing young talent and sharing his love for the game.

Coach / Goalkeeper Trainer - Ben Banchiero

Coach Ben has been playing soccer since he was age 4 at the club and high school level in Jacksonville, FL as well as with Argentine academy clubs D10 FC and Ferro Carril Oeste. He currently plays as a goalkeeper for CH4BOLD FC at the semi-professional and U19 level. He has previously worked with the Real Madrid foundation in Jacksonville as a field player and goalkeeper coach. Ben is an Information Technology major at the University of North Florida.

Ben Banchiero

Academy Director of Enrollment / Coach - Denise Flinchum

Coach Denise has youth and high school playing experience while growing up in Vermont. With two sons who began playing soccer as tots and continue today as young men, she also has coached at the youth level. Additionally, she formed one of the largest dance studios in Vermont teaching children ages 2-17 and understands how to motivate young children to perform at their highest potential. Denise holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in dance performance and choreography and from Jacksonville University in nursing.

Director of Sports Equipment & Technology - Colton Flinchum

Coach Colton has played academy and competitive travel soccer since age 3 and continues to play in adult leagues. Additionally, he has worked as a licensed soccer referee. Colton graduated summa cum laude and top 5 in his class from FVHS. Currently, he attends the University of North Florida as a Mechanical Engineering major and plans to pursue his Master of Business Administration upon graduation.

Academy Coaching Advisor - Fabian Banchiero

Fabian Banchiero is CEO of Banchiero Sports, General Manager and Assistant Coach for CH4BOLD FC and Co-Founder/General Manager of Coerver Coaching Argentina. Fabian held coaching positions at Prime Sports, Trinity Baptist College, and Coerver Southeast in Jacksonville. In New York, Fabian was Technical Director and Assistant Sporting Director for Newell’s Old Boys USA Soccer Schools and Director of Coaching at Kosmos FC. He was also a Director at New York Cosmos and Super Soccer Stars. Fabian has received the Professional A Coaching License from AFA/ATFA (Argentina), has licenses from the NSCAA including the State, National Youth, Advanced Regional, Advanced National and DOC Diplomas; and is a graduate from the NYU Sports Management Program. Fabian has played and coached at amateur and semi-professional levels in the US for almost 20 years and has worked in different capacities with many professional teams and soccer organizations in the US and Argentina.
