Ages 2-3 classes are 30 minutes, U5-U8 are 60 minutes in length, and U9+ (Approximately 8 and older) are 75 minutes in length.

Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are typically made in the late afternoon. Once a decision has been made, all families will receive an email notification through TeamSnap with details about the cancellation and any scheduled make-up dates.

If you do not receive a cancellation notice via TeamSnap, please assume that practice or games are still on as scheduled.

We kindly ask that families do not contact the club directly about weather cancellations, as all updates will be communicated through TeamSnap.

At Bold City Soccer Academy, we understand that life happens—weather and health can sometimes interfere with attendance. While we do our best to maintain a consistent training schedule, we’ve outlined our make-up policy below:

Inclement Weather: If a session is canceled due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to offer a designated make-up day. These make-ups may take place on a different day or time than your child’s regular session.

Regular Absences: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer make-up sessions for regular absences or scheduling conflicts. Many of our training groups are at capacity, and consistent rescheduling would affect the quality of the sessions for all players.

Extended Illness (with Doctor’s Note): If a player is unable to attend for two consecutive weeks or longer due to illness and provides a doctor’s note, we will do our best to arrange a make-up session or credit.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us provide the best experience possible for all Bold City athletes.

TeamSnap, our communication tool for the club, will send a reminder prior to your training session.
